Men’s Player Advisory Group
NRL Player Representation
Operating between the men’s NRL Club Delegate structure and the RLPA Board, the Men’s Player Advisory Group (PAG) includes players from across the NRL competition who help inform the strategic approach and decision making of the RLPA.
The Men’s PAG serve as immediate representatives for all Association members, offering feedback and conveying player-related concerns to the board and management committee.
In this role, PAG members play a crucial part in facilitating communication between players and decision-making bodies, ensuring that the perspectives and challenges faced by players are effectively communicated and considered in the Association’s decision-making processes.
The Men’s Player Advisory Group was established in 2019 and played a crucial role during the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations.
