Rugby League Players’ Association (RLPA) CEO Clint Newton joined 2GB’s Wide World of Sports radio program to discuss a range of matters ahead of the start of the Telstra Premiership next week.
Newton spoke passionately about the playing group – stating “we have never had a more committed or engaged group”.
“That’s why we are incredibly passionate about our players. They are a unique bunch, but at the same time that uniqueness and diversity amongst our playing group is what makes our game great.”
