Statement – Jack de Belin

The Rugby League Players’ Association notes that the Department of Public Prosecution (NSW) has advised that Jack de Belin‘s court matter will not proceed to a third trial.

Out of respect for all parties involved, the RLPA will not be making any detailed comments regarding this matter.

As a result of today’s decision, Jack will no longer be subject to the NRL’s no-fault stand-down policy.

The RLPA will continue to support Jack, his management and work with the other relevant stakeholders over the coming days.
