Tilda Khoshaba

Tilda Khoshaba is an academic, who is currently employed by the University of Sydney in the Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies, having previously spent nine years at the University of Western Sydney.

Prior to her academic career, Tilda worked for four years as an Industry Liaison Officer at the Department of Workplace Relations and she also spent time in Parliament House.

Tilda’s current research centres on employment relations in professional sport, specifically in the areas of regulation, collective bargaining and work/life boundary and a number of her works in that regard have been published in Australia and overseas. In addition, she has presented on the progress and findings of her research at various international conferences and she recently convened an ILO Panel in negotiation at the Industrial Relations World Congress.  

Tilda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New South Wales and a Masters in Industrial Relations (Hons) and a PhD from the University of Sydney.

Tilda has been a director of the RLPA since 2000 and is currently its Company Secretary.  She is a passionate Parramatta Eels supporter.
